New Feature for Support Tickets

Starting a support ticket is easier than ever!

NOC Technician: Hi Thanks for calling Bennett Office Technologies. How can I help you?

Customer: I am having an issue with my Outlook displaying this email.

NOC Technician:  Sure I would be happy to help with that. Can you tell me what machine you are on?

Customer:  Oh man. I am not sure. How would I find out?

 

Starting at the end of July opening a ticket will be easier than ever. Watch the video to learn how to open a ticket from the agent icon*. All of your machine information will be populated into the ticket. Even if you are going to be calling in- this process will save time tracking down which machine you are using. We will send out an agent message when this new process is available!
